SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Worldwide!

All domestic packages are shipped by USPS.

All International orders are shipped by DHL Express.

Mallyna Lash & Brow processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

We ship the same day! As long as the order placed before 4pm EST it goes out the same day!

U.S. SHIPPING by USPS

Standard Shipping "First Class":  $4 (3-5 Business Days).
*Flat fee is the most affordable.

2 Day Shipping "Priority Mail":  $12 (2 Business Days).
*Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day.

Overnight Shipping "Express Mail":  $35 
*Must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING by DHL Express

Standard Canada Shipping:  $15
*Can take 15 or more days to arrive.

Canada Shipping:  $30
*Can take 10 days to arrive.

International Shipping: $30-$45
*Varies depending on shipping address.

FREE U.S. SHIPPING:

 $99+ orders are shipped Free with USPS Priority (1-3 business days).
 $299+ orders are shipped Free with USPS Express (1-2 business days).

*In most cases you receive it the next business day after you order it! Please give it another day in case our warehouse is busy or the order was placed after 4pm.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS:

  • We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
  • Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Mallyna Lash & Brow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. 
Please note: USPS don't deliver on Saturdays* or Sundays, so the next business day after Friday will be Monday.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item. 

 

*Delivery times are approximates only and do not include our processing time. In rare cases standard US shipping can take up to 2 weeks and international up to 40 business days. Holiday season delivery times may be longer than usual. Please allow the estimated delivery time to pass before contacting us. Note that international delivery times vary due to customs inspections. We are not responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged on international orders. The recipient may be subject to these fees.

 


RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

If you received defective merchandise or incorrect order and would like to exchange it, please contact  administrator@mallynabeauty.com We will be happy to assist you and send out replacement right away. Please note, that due to sanitation and health regulations, Mallyna Lash & Brow cannot accept returns on any opened seal products or used tools.

We strongly encourage you to inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. If you believe that the item received is defective or damaged please submit your request within 24 hrs of the time of delivery either by email  administrator@mallynabeauty.com or by phone 702-417-1640 Mon-Fri 10AM- 7PM PT. Return/exchange requests submitted after 24 hrs of receipt are not guaranteed. Mallyna Lash & Brow reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. All returned packages received without prior authorization will be refused and shipped back to sender.

Merchandise Exchange:

 If you would like to exchange the item ordered in error please let us know ASAP. Mallyna Lash & Brow requires an exchange request to be submitted within 14 business days after receipt. All orders become final sale after 14 days of receipt. Exchange can be made only on items that were not previously used, remain sealed and in the original packaging. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Exchange credit will be issued after merchandise is received and inspected at Mallyna Lash & Brow warehouse. Return and replacement shipping fees apply.

 

Training Deposit Return Policy:

 *Due to high demand and limited spots availability training deposits are not refundable. A minimum of 15 days notice prior to event start date must be provided for us to reapply your deposit to another class of your choice.

 

Cancellations:

 Any order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged. Once packaged, a 10% restocking fee applies. Shipped or in transit orders cannot be cancelled or revised.
